What is your position at Zennify?

I'm a Solution Manager and have been at Zennify for a little over a year.

How has Zennify supported you in your career goals?

I love to help people reach their goals, architect technical solutions and code. Zennify placed me in a role that caters to all three of my career goals.

What has your journey with Zennify looked like?

After just two months of being signed on as a Senior Salesforce Developer, I took on the role of Solution Architect for one of our clients. Another two months after that, I was asked if I wanted to move into a management role. Within just one year with Zennify, my knowledge of the Salesforce platform has grown exponentially and I acquired a new skill of managing and developing individuals.

What’s your favorite part of working for Zennify?

You cannot beat the culture at Zennify! They trust their employees and measure employees efforts by the end product rather than the amount of hours they put in. Zennify views all their employees as part of one family. Everyone is honest and transparent.

How has Zennify grown since you’ve been here?

Zennify has tripled in size since I started one year ago. What once was my yoga room in the office has now been filled with Redbull-drinking coders. Our client list continues to expand and with the expansion comes very complex, interesting and fun problems to solve.

What does your average day look like?

There is no average day in my role, everyday is different. One day may consist of meeting individually with my team members to build a development plan so they can reach their goals and ambitions. The next day, I may be conducting a live demo of the solution we created on the Salesforce platform to a client. And some days you may find me in a dark corner avoiding the world trying to knock out some code.

Is there anything else you would like to add about your experience and success with Zennify?

Zennify will ensure you are in the right seat to succeed. If you are not in the right seat they won't just give up on you. They'll find an area of the business where you will truly shine.

What advice do you have to other's who are considering a career in this industry?

Communicate clearly and early. If you are stuck on a single problem for a full day, its time to ask for help
