Employee Spotlight: Katherine Boothe

What is your position at Zennify and what do you do?

I’m a Solution Architect and have been with Zennify for three months.

How has Zennify supported you in your career goals?

From the very first day I started, we began having short-term and long-term career goal conversations to ensure I was assigned to projects that aligned with my skills and interests but also gave me the opportunity to be exposed to new areas of the platform I hadn’t worked with before. One of the most exciting aspects of my role is that every Salesforce implementation is unique, and I get to see first-hand the various ways the platform can be utilized for different business cases.

What has your journey with Zennify looked like?

I came in as a Solution Architect from the customer side, and I’ve been able to work on several projects across industries, as well as work with new technologies and areas of the Platform. From Financial Services to Non-Profits, to MuleSoft integrations, I’ve been able to deepen my knowledge across the platform and help our customers be successful.

“I’m so happy I made the decision to “Zennify” my career. I love what I do, and I’m thrilled I found an organization with passion and commitment to being a trusted advisor in the ecosystem.”

What’s your favorite part of working for Zennify?

I love working with so many other Salesforce professionals that have such deep and broad knowledge of the platform. They’re always willing to share their knowledge, and we all support and encourage each other’s development.

How has Zennify grown since you’ve been here?

In the short time I’ve been here, we’ve become official partners for MuleSoft, expanded our nCino practice, received a large investment from Salesforce Ventures, have been recognized as one of Sacramento Business Journal’s Best Places to Work, and earned a spot on Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies. Needless to say, I can’t wait to see what the next year looks like for Zennify.

What does your average day look like?

One of the things I love most about this job is that no two days are alike! The mornings are usually reserved for daily stand-ups with internal and external project teams, followed by additional meetings as needed to ensure projects are running smoothly, development work is on track, and to work through any technical obstacles that may arise. After that, I could be working on designing solutions, doing development work for projects, giving demonstrations to clients, or learning about new features and functionality on the platform. There’s never a dull moment.

What advice do you have to other’s who are considering a career in this industry?

Salesforce talent is in short supply, and there are innumerable resources available to help you succeed as a Salesforce professional. If you are passionate about Salesforce, enjoy solving problems, and are committed to helping customers succeed, then this is the place to be.
