Zennify is looking for a qualified candidate to join their team as a Change Management Consultant! The Change Management Consultant will serve as the change agent and advocate responsible for working with Client stakeholders and users, and Zennify project teams, to lead and be an advocate through change initiatives, such as increasing employee adoption and usage of new systems and business processes.

Primary Responsibilities
Lead one or more work streams on the different components of OCM activities (change management, organizational alignment, communications, and training)
Work with Project Team and Client Stakeholders to apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance and readiness for change
Utilize an incremental change approach to create potential solutions, including change deliverables
Provide oversight and guidance to client training & knowledge transfer
Develop Change Management requirements and strategies
Define activities to support change and transition initiatives
Create sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans
Create communication plans, tools and supportive resources for initial change rollout and continued success
Collaborate with teams to execute and deliver all training sessions related to change
Other duties and projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience driving change management in a SaaS based client environment
Project management experience
Expert knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
Thorough knowledge applying the ADKAR model to change management efforts
Must have experience working in a consulting firm delivering enterprise level software solutions
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent active listening skills
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
High level of comfort level communicating with senior management and senior level client stakeholders
High energy, positive attitude, self-starter, and independent thinker
Outstanding interpersonal skills with high degree of EQ
Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable (up to 25% travel projected)
Qualities of the Ideal Candidate
Consulting experience is strongly preferred
Prosci Change Management Certification preferred but not required
Has Salesforce knowledge with the intention of obtaining SFDC Admin Certification within 6 months
