Disconnected CRM and technical debt stalled growth

Republic Bank was dealing with a poorly implemented Sales Cloud instance that lacked a 360-degree customer view. This resulted in low adoption and heavy technical debt. To improve visibility and usage throughout its organization, Republic Bank needed a way to track the complete loan and mortgage sales cycle across multiple systems, and report on commercial groups and relationships.

Working closely with Republic Bank’s executive team, Zennify and Salesforce defined the initial MVP and laid the groundwork for a flexible, scalable technology foundation to grow with the business. Using MuleSoft, Zennify integrated Blend, BytePro, NextGen and Salesforce to maintain the status of all loans and mortgages across the organization.

As Salesforce’s go-to Financial Services partner, Republic used Zennify to implement Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), bringing the bank’s technology infrastructure up to date and equipping it with a resilient platform for future growth.

In addition, Zennify enhanced the bank’s Lightning interface, significantly improving user experience and adoption. Finally Republic was able to holistic customer view with the employee efficiency they desired.
