With 20+ years of IT and financial services experience, Nicollette specializes in nCino and Salesforce solutions for banks and credit unions. She focuses on loan origination, account opening, and process improvement—bringing structure, clarity, and empathy to every project.
Nicolette’s path to tech started with a broken computer and a determination to figure it out herself. Since then, she’s run her own repair business, led system implementations, and served as the sole nCino admin for 220 users. She’s a 5x nCino Community Champion, a Zennify Trusted Advisor award winner, and an advocate for mentorship and inclusion in tech.
