What’s your role at Zennify?

I’m a Solution Architect. I solve problems, build cool stuff, and support teams across the full lifecycle of our Salesforce projects.

How long have you been with the company?

Over two years.

How has Zennify supported your career goals?

Zennify’s played a huge role in helping me grow. I came in as a developer with zero certifications. But I had the drive and experience, and Zennify gave me the space to build on it.

Now, I have:

16 Salesforce certifications
1 MuleSoft certification
And I’m actively working toward becoming a Certified Technical Architect

At Zennify, your growth is based on what you’re willing to take on. The opportunities are there if you’re ready to go after them.

What’s your Zennify journey been like?

When I first interviewed with Nate and Manvir, I was nervous. Startups can feel risky, and I was weighing the choice between this and joining a big tech name like Amazon or Google. But joining Zennify turned out to be the best decision I could’ve made.

Since then, I’ve worked on dozens of projects and watched the company grow around me. I've had a direct hand in building things that matter—for clients and for Zennify itself. That kind of impact is rare.

What’s your favorite part of working here?

The culture. It’s low-key, collaborative, and real.

We care about our work, but we’re not intense about ego. We also have great leadership—people who are present, who care, and who show up for the team and the community.

And yeah, the perks don’t hurt either.

How has Zennify changed since you joined?

When I started in March 2017, the Sacramento “team” was just Manvir and me, literally working out of our bedrooms. Boise had maybe 15 people in a small office.

Now?

We’ve grown 5x in headcount
We have new offices in Sacramento and Boise
We’ve become a Platinum Salesforce Partner
And we’re recognized as one of the top partners in Financial Services

It’s been wild to see, and be part of, that kind of growth.

What’s a typical day like?

It varies a lot, but my days usually include:

Daily project standups
Designing scalable solutions
Supporting developers and answering technical questions
Working on internal documentation
Building advanced features
Assisting Sales with complex scoping
Occasionally traveling onsite with clients

It’s a great mix of leadership, strategy, and hands-on work.

What advice would you give to someone exploring this field?

You need to love technology and be open to constant change, because you’ll never stop learning.

As an architect, there’s no perfect solution. There’s always a better way.
As a consultant, you need to be transparent and communicate clearly. That’s how you build trust, and real results.
