At Zennify, we invest in our people from day one. We focus on growth, collaboration, and doing meaningful work. For one Sr. Consultant, that investment has turned into a fast-paced, fulfilling career path, with no signs of slowing down.
From business analyst to future Architect: A consultant’s career in motion

What’s your role at Zennify?
I'm a Sr. Consultant on the Salesforce team. I help lead projects, collaborate with clients, and build smart, scalable solutions that drive results.
How long have you been with Zennify?
Just over two years.
How has Zennify supported your growth?
When I joined, I had limited experience with Salesforce. Since then, I’ve earned four certifications (almost five!), led complex projects, and gained real-world consulting experience. Zennify met me where I was, and gave me the tools, support, and trust to level up quickly.
What does your Zennify journey look like?
I started as a Business Analyst and moved into a Consultant/Project Lead role shortly after. The ramp-up was fast, but I had incredible support from leadership and peers, which made all the difference.
Right now, I’m working toward becoming a Salesforce Developer, with a long-term goal of becoming a Solution Architect. I’m learning every day—and the opportunities just keep coming.
What’s your favorite part of working here?
The people. The culture. It really feels like family.
We work with a wide range of clients across industries, so every day brings something new. There’s never a dull moment, and always something to learn or improve.
How has the company changed since you joined?
When I started, I was employee #19. Today, there are over 80 of us, with new team members joining regularly.
We’ve also opened two new offices, Boise and Sacramento, with awesome spaces and amenities. It’s exciting to watch the company grow and know you’re part of that momentum.
What’s a typical day like?
A mix of:
- Project work and client meetings
- Learning and experimenting with Salesforce features
- Certification study time
- And sometimes… a break to play cornhole or Galaga on our arcade console
No two days are the same, and that’s what makes it fun.
What advice do you have for someone considering a career in tech or consulting?
Go for it. If you’re a self-starter who loves learning, this field will never bore you. There are always new tools, new problems to solve, and so many paths to explore.
You won’t be disappointed.
