This year, we took an exciting step forward by welcoming Terazo, a leading data engineering firm known for their expertise in AI, API, and application development into Zennify. This partnership expands our capabilities, enabling us to meet the growing needs of you and your customers.
What makes this milestone truly special is the exceptional talent and dedication the Terazo team brings. Their expertise strengthens Zennify’s position as a leading data consultancy on platforms like Salesforce, Databricks, and nCino, while deepening our impact in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, and utilities. More than just a partnership, this is a shared vision for the future—one where we innovate, solve challenges, and build transformative solutions together.
Dreamforce 2024 was a standout moment for Zennify and the entire financial services community. Our Zenn Sky Lounge served as more than just a gathering space—it stood as the heart of financial services. Over three days, we welcomed 370+ guests and hosted 15 financial services leaders from First United Bank, PSQuote, Relpro, Fenergo, Salesforce, Bell Bank, Valley Strong Credit Union, and more.
From exploring modern data strategies to spotlighting women in leadership and cognitive credit unions, every session sparked inspiration. And, of course, we emptied many bottles of premium tequila during our tequila tasting experience, which perfectly rounded out the event.

2024 marked a pivotal year as we fully embraced the transformative potential of AI. Internally, our AI virtual assistant, Arti, redefined how we work—streamlining operations, driving efficiency, and delivering actionable insights in real time.
Externally, Agentforce took the spotlight. Our team rallied to achieve 13 Agentforce certifications at record speed, culminating in our first Agentforce engagement. This milestone signifies just the beginning of a broader journey to integrate AI into every facet of our services.
For us, AI isn’t just a tool—it’s a game-changer, laying the foundation for innovation and progress across financial services. As we look to 2025, we’re excited to continue leading the charge in harnessing AI to drive transformative outcomes for our clients.
Results have always been our guiding principle, and in 2024, we elevated that commitment by introducing our Success Guaranteed initiative. This program embodies our promise to deliver measurable, impactful results for every customer, every time. With Success Guaranteed, we work hand-in-hand with our clients to define what success looks like—establishing clear KPIs such as license utilization and user adoption as key benchmarks. If these targets aren’t met, our clients have the option to withhold a portion of payment, ensuring accountability on all sides. We’re proud to stand behind the transformative work we do and the success stories we help create.
This year, we also prioritized innovation to deliver value faster than ever. Partnering with Hubbl Technologies, we automated org discovery, while Swantide enabled us to quickly remediate and resolve complex org issues. Together, these advancements leveraged the power of AI to revolutionize consulting, making it faster and more efficient to optimize and enhance Salesforce environments for our customers.
This marks a pivotal step forward—combining bold guarantees with technology to deliver results that truly make a difference.
This year, we celebrated 10 years of Zennify. What began as a mission to help preserve life-saving vaccines in post-earthquake Haiti has grown into a leading force in the Salesforce ecosystem, thanks to the incredible people who have brought their grit, talent, and passion to our journey.
This milestone is not just a celebration of the company but a testament to everyone who has been part of our story. From the founders who made personal sacrifices to the trailblazing employees who took chances and thrived, Zennify’s foundation is built on a shared vision to transform digital consulting. As we enter our second decade, we are doubling down on innovation with AI and data at the forefront, while maintaining the trust, balance, and partnership that define our brand. At Zennify, driving customer success is more than a mission—it's at the core of everything we do. In 2024, we celebrated several standout achievements that exemplify this commitment. From executing an org merger that successfully migrated 86 objects, 4,400 fields, 10 million records, and over 200,000 files to enabling a 33x increase in customer engagement with Marketing Cloud, we delivered tangible results. We also kicked off our first Agentforce project, empowering our client with service agents to transform how they support and engage their customers.
To amplify this impact even further, we welcomed two industry veterans to our board: Mark Sullivan and Joe Thomas.
