DBG (Driven By Growth) is a Detroit nonprofit that creates spaces where young people and adults learn, lead, and grow together. Founded in 2007, DBG delivers free, hyper-individualized academic support, social-emotional programming, and wraparound services to students from 3rd grade through adulthood. Every student gets a personalized growth plan. Every barrier, from meals to transportation to family resources, gets removed.

Their model is built on the same principle that drives the best institutions in this room: data-driven care. DBG partners with external researchers to run longitudinal evaluations across academic, physical, and social-emotional outcomes.

For every attendee at this event, Salesforce and Zennify will make a contribution to DBG. Your seat in the suite is also a seat at the table for a student in Detroit.
