Chris is a seasoned technology services executive with more than 20 years in the Salesforce ecosystem. He believes that when strong teams come together and customers embrace change, anything is possible.

Before joining Zennify, Chris led the AMER Customer Success team at Salesforce and served as COO of Model Metrics, the first consulting firm Salesforce ever acquired.

After raising a family in Chicago, he remains committed to expanding support for public education at all levels. Outside of work, you’ll find him on the golf course, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying an afternoon nap with the dogs.

Chris has this rare ability to take big ideas from clients and turn them into something real. He’s a strong driver of success on projects—he doesn’t just listen, he translates.
